- Lead the implementation of consulting projects across core areas such as talent assessment, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and executive coaching.
- Customize solutions based on client-specific objectives and context.
- Provide actionable recommendations and ensure quality project outcomes.
- Conduct needs assessments through pre-training surveys and stakeholder interviews.
- Facilitate DDI's training programs in a compelling, interactive, and learner-focused manner.
- Adjust training design and content to maximize client satisfaction and learning effectiveness.
- Join client meetings to support proposal presentations and solution demonstrations.
- Participate in marketing campaigns to promote brand visibility and solution awareness.
- 10+ years of experience in human resources, organizational development, learning & development, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience in delivering training or managing talent development initiatives is preferred.
- Experience in designing or executing assessment-related projects (e.g., talent assessment, leadership diagnostics) is a strong plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written).
- Quick learner with strong learning agility and problem-solving mindset.
- High standards for work quality, attention to detail, and personal accountability.
- Open to domestic travel for client engagement.
- Proactive, adaptable, and hands-on in project execution.
