- Follow site EHS Policy and procedure by safe work.
- Participate in EHS program actively.
- Support action in responsible area as assigned.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide basic information to callers or transfer calls to the relevant departments.
- Maintain a call log and update contact lists as needed.
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to visitors and staff.
- Handle daily incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with outgoing shipments, including labeling and coordinating logistics.
- Regularly go to the post office to send company letters and packages.
- Provide general administrative support (e.g., photocopying, organizing documents).
