Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in HVAC system design, installation, and maintenance. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and industry standards. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in HVAC design software and tools. Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Experience working in a global, fast-paced, and competitive environment. Familiarity with balanced and energy-efficient HVAC practices. Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading ambitious projects.
