1.設計、建置和維護人力資源資料庫
2.優化與系統和報表的集成,實現無縫自動化的資料流
3.利用 Power BI 和 Tableau 等商業智慧 (BI) 工具視覺化關鍵人力資源指標,並為管理階層產生報告
4.透過資料清理和糾錯持續提高資料準確性
5.分析關鍵員工指標,例如招募漏斗、填充率、離職率和績效評估,並報告調查結果
6.領導跨不同人力資源系統的資料整合工作,確保資料流的一致性和高效性Key Responsibilities
1.Design, build, and maintain the HR database.
2.Optimize integration with systems and reports to enable seamless and automated data flow.
3.Utilize BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau to visualize key HR metrics and prepare reports for management.
4.Continuously improve data accuracy through data cleaning and error correction.
5.Analyze key workforce metrics such as recruitment funnel, fill rate, turnover, and 6.performance evaluations, and report findings.
7.Lead data integration efforts across various HR systems to ensure consistent and efficient data flow.A Principal Data Analyst/Senior Manager, Data Analysis leads multiple, impactful projects related to the quality, availability, and depth of data needed to make business decisions. This person will use their deep expertise in SQL and other languages, data ETL development, and data integrity to ensure that necessary information is available for all levels of analysis. This person will work closely with Engineering and Product teams to not only accomplish business goals, but to come up with novel ways to capture and analyze data.
Additionally, this person will contribute to analytics projects designed to help drive , support specific initiatives from all areas of company, and help analysts across the team and organization with their development.Qualifications
8+ years of experience in data analysis and system operations related to human resources, not necessarily within an HR department.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), and at least one programming language (Python, R, JavaScript, C++).
