Key ResponsibilitiesOwner of the OSS/ T&I/FOU category procurement management system, hereunder document management system administrationEnsure legal, technical, commercial, and financial compliance against both internal and external requirementsIdentify and maintain sound relationship to existing or potential OSS/T&I/FOU OEMs in sync with company directions and project level requirementsSupport negotiating turbine supply agreements with relevant OSS/ T&I/FOU suppliersMonitor, update, and report to line management regarding market dynamics, hereunder pricing structuresIdentify and seek to implement opportunities in contracting complex OSS/T&I/FOU agreements to efficiently serve regional and project level objectivesOSS/T&I/FOU category: Coordinate and manage all aspects in conducting pre-qualifications, invitations to tenders framework agreements or requests for information, proposals, quotation, coordinate and manage the selection process with input from all relevant stakeholdersProvide support or interface with contractual processes in other areas as required from time to timeEducation and Qualifications· University degreeWork Experience· 10-15 yearsTechnical / Professional Skills· Commercial training, e.g., contract forms, negotiations skills· Technical knowledge· Legal overviewNon-Technical / Soft Skills· Background knowledge of industry good practices and trends· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills· Build and maintain sound relationships with industry partners· Business level English, and preferable knowledge of Japanese, Mandarin or Korean
