- Have previously worked as Sales Manager and able to strategize, motivate and lead a team to reach ambitious sales targets
- Live and breathe sales ambition whilst delivering stellar customer experience
- Are a leader that takes ownership of KPIs, and effectively drives weekly, monthly and quarterly strategies to achieve sales objectives
- Highly data and performance-oriented, highly process driven, and optimize your approach for conversion flows and CAC
- Able to implement first principle thinking when breaking down problems and provide solutions together with multiple stakeholders
- Understand the synergy of working collaboratively across teams - After Sales, Marketing and Product
- Able to hold deep understanding and full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage and effectively utilize levers and tactics
- Understand that making people engage with your brand is 50% empathy and 50% process - and you effectively can bring both to the table
- Are a natural-born-communicator and genuinely enjoy interacting with people on a daily basis, convincing them of Zenyum's innovative approach
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English
