What You'll Do / ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join us, reporting directly to the Sales Operations Manager. This role is responsible for managing data in the Salesforce CRM and providing insights and analysis to improve sales operations effectiveness. The Sales Operations Analyst will also work closely with Sales Teams from Great China, India, Japan, SEA etc. to deliver sales team efficiency and improvements.Key responsibilities:・Drive sales team efficiency and effectiveness through CRM Salesforce and provide efficient and accurate sales force reporting initiatives, and opportunities for sales operation improvement.・Coordinate with BU and other stakeholders for the data and operation initiative support in SalesForce.・Ensure sales reports and other internal intelligence is provided to BU. Facilitate to develop new tools as needed.・Facilitates successful implementation of new programs by ensuring a well-defined efficient sales process is in place for launch. Fosters an organization of continuous process improvement.・Writing the user manual and coaching sales & functional teams how to use Salesforce system and ad hoc support to them.Required Qualifications· Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field preferred.· Strong learning ability and communication skill.· Logical thinker, ability to synthesize information and draw conclusions from data.· 2 years experience with enterprise Sales system, CRM, and Customer Support system preferred, especially Salesforce.· Familiar with SQL or SAS preferred.SalaryNegotiable
