Reports to: Sales ManagerPrimary Function/Objective:
This role is responsible for working within a designated sales territory to meet or exceed sales targets, both in units and value. The position requires keeping management informed about market conditions, competitive situations, and regulatory changes.Core Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and establish an effective territory call cycle and improve sales call efficiency.
- Report competitive activities and customer behavior to improve territory management.
- Manage expenses to maximize profitability.
- Use professional sales and negotiation skills to present sales calls to customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and distributors.
- Cooperate with team members to improve efficiency and implement promotional campaigns.
- Support business unit objectives and perform special projects as needed.
- Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or biotechnology-related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales, with 1-2 years in sales force management, preferably with a multinational corporation (MNC) experience.
- Prefer industry will be pharmaceutical, medical device or aesthetics related
