• Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution for a global brand.
• Drive transformation and efficiency in a high-impact, senior leadership role.

• Oversee all supply chain functions, including production, planning, logistics, procurement, and customer service.
• Optimize production efficiency and implement robust planning processes to ensure timely delivery and inventory balance.
• Lead sourcing strategies to maximize value and cost-effectiveness across materials and services.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure operational alignment and service excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in safety, quality, and supply chain performance.

• 15+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong background in chemical, semiconductor or technology industries is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex supply chain networks.
• Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills; fluent in English.
