投遞此職缺即會被納入台灣應用材料人才庫，未來若有合適機會人資將主動與您聯繫。Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, collect data, analyze and compile reports on moderately difficult process engineering experiments, within safety guidelinesPerform hardware characterization on moderately difficult systems, within safety guidelinesTroubleshoot moderately complex problems, perform Root Cause Analysis and resolve moderately difficult process engineering issuesMeasure film properties, organize data/reports for review and interpret dataGenerate internal documentation for products, presentations and technical reportsInteract with customers to resolve moderately difficult process engineering issues/problems under general supervisionIdentify, select and work with vendors and suppliers under general supervisionImplement new technology, products and analytical instrumentationFunctional Knowledge

Requirement
1. Education: Master's Degree/Ph.D in n Electro-Optical, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry, Physics, or the other engineering dept
2. 1yr+ related experience (semi, display, solar, LED, OLED, etc) - Plus
3. Analytical skills, research ability and ability to do research work independently
4. Fluent English communication/writing/presentation (Toeic = 785+)
5. DoE and JMP knowledge/experience
6. Interpersonal capabilities: working as a parts of team and cross-functional collaborations
7. Advantages: prior work experience in semiconductor/display/equipment supplier company
