Communicate with customers to ensure the required information is available for processing requests. Prepare x-sections and plan-view SEM/TEM samples using FIB or other methods. Provide SEM/TEM micro-structure and elemental analysis to support activities in YE and manufacturing; ensure data is high quality with a clear conclusion from the analysis. Develop and adopt solutions to improve the efficiency of sample preparation and data acquisition processes in SEM/TEM. Provide first-line defense for LAB equipment. Develop an in-depth understanding of SEM, FIB, TEM, and their operations. Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Ambitious and diligent approach with a focus on delivering flawless results. Experience with SEM, TEM, and FIB equipment and their applications in micro-structure analysis. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
