What You'll Do / ResponsibilitiesSales Operation Specialist is responsible for promotions and seller coupon charge tickets in Billing Tool. Also, Sales Operation Specialist is required to work closely with sales team from Greater China, India, Japan, Southeast Asia, and other regions to smoothly carry out marketing promotions.Key responsibilities:
・Routine marketing promotions related to seller pricing changes or fee discounts that need to be created in Plutus. Following up the whole process including application, approval, publishing, etc.
・Communicated with promotion owner or site approvers and promptly handle their requests and concerns.
・Routine submitting Greate China coupon charge tickets in the Billing tool for charge back fees from sellers after marketing promotions. It is necessary to carefully check and verify the request data which must be accurate.
・Familiar with marketing promotion process in CRM system (Salesforce) and also be responsible for related reporting.Required Qualifications・Bachelor's degree and had work experience in e-commerce industry preferred.
・Strong learning ability and communication skills.
・A strong sense of responsibility, patience, and attention to detail in work, along with the ability to adapt to promptly handling unexpected events.
・Familiar with Excel and SQL preferred.SalaryNegotiable
