For more information, please visit .Job DescriptionSales specialist reports to Sales managerGroup/Division: SEATWRSDJob Track:ProfessionalPosition Location: Taipei / TaiwanPosition Summary:In the role as the Sales specialist is responsible for project management, support, sourcing, supplier management, implementation, on site monitoring of key account project, will be the primary driver of business delivery working with the key collaborators. Also Responsible for product management of Fisher potential product for sourcing, support, market analysis. Help the commercial to close the case to get the revenue and help the channel to find more potential product into Taiwan market. Take care the old customer to win addtional order for each project customer.Key Responsibilities
  • Development, implementation and management of renovation, relocation and lab service project in close coordination with local sales team, functional team and vendors .
  • Ensure achievement of project implementation targets on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
  • Manage and Coordinate with External Third-Party (3P) vendors to support various services (calibration, PM, Qualification, repairs), and ensure that the External 3P vendors are qualified under Customer off-site
  • Sourcing new products or new market opportunities and develop and implement its respective action plan
  • Build strategy and action plan for key account to achieve sales target
  • Proactively works with other divisions and functional team to drive efficient pre/post sales support in the project or sales case.
Product / Market Knowledge
  • Constantly develop product knowledge to be the go-to technical contact
  • Analyze information from market intelligence and drive response accordingly
Budgets/targets
  • Essential to meet Revenue and Gross Profit annual sales targets for the defined territory and contribute to the achievement of the larger goals.
Education
  • Tertiary qualification and equivalent, preferably in analytical chemistry, chemistry, Earth science, Electronics or Engineering or relevant majors.
Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • At least 5 years service sales experience or field application Service background.
  • Experience defining, developing, and driving comprehensive project to successful completion to meet the organization’s short- and long-term commercial goals.
  • Strong project management skills and able to drive multiple projects forward simultaneously
  • Ability to think strategically, operate independently, take initiative, be resourceful, and exercise astute business judgment to drive execution of business development
  • Ability to turn data into insights and insights into action
  • A positive, hardworking with growth mindset, passion to deliver impacts
  • Self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills with both English and Chinese
