- Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across the Hardware and Hardware Operations teams
- Partner closely with US and Taiwan-based hiring managers to align on hiring goals and role requirements
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for a variety of positions across engineering, supply chain, operations, and more
- Ensure a seamless onsite candidate experience - run office tours, coordinate interview schedules, and ensure interviewer preparedness and punctuality
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize hiring operations as we scale
- Serve as the key point of contact for candidates during their onsite interviews in Taiwan
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, ideally in Tech
- Proven ability to manage complex, fast-moving pipelines and close high-caliber candidates
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and responsiveness
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with a track record of working independently
- Comfortable collaborating across time zones and working in a high-growth startup environment
- Onsite presence required at our Taiwan office
