- Manage Cards/ UL product P&L Identified income risk & opportunities by adopting data-driven operating model to support biz deliver/ perform biz outcome.
- Identified strategic cost management (SCM) opportunity to enrich biz profitability & support business head for strategy business planning and implementations
- Coordinate across Cards/ UL product team for biz review & strategic agenda implementation.
- Budgeting, Forecasting and financial performance review and preparation & budget process orientation and coordination with key stakeholders i.e. Finance / Regional team.
- Develop and maintain tracking mechanisms to monitor performance metrics, KPIs, and business outcomes.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on project statuses, financial performance, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
- Support the Biz head in project planning, consolidation, execution, and monitoring of key business projects and initiatives. Ensure that projects align with organizational strategies, deadlines, and budgets.
- Work closely with cross-functional and teams to ensure business objectives are clearly communicated and executed.
- Assist in managing project resources, including human resources, budgets, and timelines.
- Execute and monitor the progress of strategic initiatives that align with the company’s long-term goals.
