• Develop and implement quality management strategies, policies, and procedures to drive excellence in product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers, inspectors, and technicians, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Establish key quality performance indicators and metrics to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality processes and drive improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with product development, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure quality requirements are integrated into product design, manufacturing processes, and supplier relationships.
• Manage quality audits, certifications, and regulatory compliance requirements to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
• Drive a culture of quality consciousness throughout the organization by promoting awareness, training, and best practices in quality management.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality management roles within manufacturing or engineering industries, preferably in the automotive, aerospace, or consumer goods sectors.
• Proven track record of leading quality improvement initiatives, driving process optimization, and delivering measurable results in enhancing product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), quality assurance methodologies, and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949 etc.).
• Excellent communication skill in both English and Mandarin.
