*Perform legal research and risk analysis for new business initiatives, and provide business-orientated counsel and guidance on interpretation of laws, policies and contract provisions.
*Help identify, develop and implement improvements to policies, templates and processes to promote efficiency and internal alignment.
*Contract administration tasks including arranging execution, chopping, filing and distribution of approved contracts, forms, certificates and other legal documents to relevant internal and external stakeholders, and legal cost management including supporting billing process.需求條件 / Key Requirements*Graduate from law-related major with bachelor degree or above
*Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English.
