We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power Systems Technical Lead to oversee the design,
development, and implementation of power systems, including Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS),
inverters, and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in power
electronics and system design, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive innovative
solutions.**Key Responsibilities:**
Technical Leadership:
- Lead the technical direction for power systems projects, ensuring alignment with company goals
and market requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on power electronics design, including UPS, inverters, and energy storage
systems.
Design and Development:
- Oversee the design, simulation, and testing of power systems, ensuring compliance with industry
standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance product
performance, reliability, and efficiency.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in power systems design
and development.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and
effectiveness within the team.需求條件 / Key RequirementsEducation:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field. A Master's
degree is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in power systems design and development, with a focus on
UPS and inverters.
- Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of power electronics, circuit design, and control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
environment.
- Experience with renewable energy systems and energy storage technologies.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and certifications related to power systems.
