We pledge to make Prudential a place where you can Connect, Grow, and Succeed.Core Responsibilities:- 負責制定和實施整體企業技術戰略，以支持業務目標和增長。Responsible for developing and implementing the overall enterprise technology strategy to support business objectives and growth.- 在Google Cloud Platform（GCP）優先的基礎上，確保架構設計符合雲端最佳實踐和公司政策。Ensure architecture designs comply with cloud best practices and company policies, prioritizing Google Cloud Platform (GCP).- 進行技術風險評估，提出解決方案以降低風險。Conduct technical risk assessments and propose solutions to mitigate risks.- 推動技術創新和改進，以提升業務流程和客戶體驗。Drive technological innovation and improvements to enhance business processes and customer experience.- 跨部門溝通和協調，確保技術解決方案與業務需求一致。Facilitate cross-departmental communication and coordination to ensure technology solutions align with business needs.- 評估新興雲端技術和服務，推薦和整合可提高業務效率和成本效益的技術。
Evaluate emerging cloud technologies and services, recommending and integrating technologies that improve business efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Qualifications:- 具保險或相關金融服務業實務經驗者佳。Practical experience within the insurance or related financial services industry is preferred.- 擁有豐富的企業架構設計經驗，尤其是在GCP和Azure雲環境中。 Extensive experience in enterprise architecture design, especially in GCP and Azure cloud environments.- 深入理解雲計算技術、數據架構和安全標準。 A deep understanding of cloud computing technologies, data architectures, and security standards.- 優秀的溝通能力和領導才能，能夠影響和指導跨職能團隊。 Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams.- 強大的問題解決技巧和創新思維。 Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.- 了解保險業務流程及其 IT 要求。 Knowledge of insurance business processes and their IT requirements.- 相關領域的學士或碩士學位。 Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field.- 中英文溝通流利 Can communicate in English and Mandarin fluentlyPrudential is an equal opportunity employer.
