- Responsible for the project's demand management (obtaining demand, preparing demand specifications, demand tracking, demand testing, and change management).
- Understand/analyze potential customer needs based on business unit system requirements.
- Lead/organize requirements meeting discussions.
- Verify that the system meets the business unit requirements.
- Understand the existing system and business logic, and design demand changes.
- Assist the PM and the supervisor in promoting the project.
- Need to cooperate with the team to divide the work, and can work independently to complete the delivery work.
- Must be familiar with SQL syntax.
- Ability to give briefings.
- At least three years of software development experience.
- English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) are required, and you will need to participate in cross-border online meetings.
- Business trips are required to coordinate with special projects.
- Good teamwork ability, stress resistance, and execution ability.
