AVP-Associate, Specialist, Personal Loan Product Management, Cards & Unsecured Loans, Consumer Banking Group

• Plan and manage the end-to-end personal loans application process
• Product maintenance, P&L tracking, and new product or process development
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies
• Manage the Unsecured Loan portfolio, monitor key performance indicators such as ENR$, NIM%, and payment rates, and develop strategies to retain existing customers
• Manage and optimize the unsecured lending policy with stakeholders
• Oversee post-disbursement management and customer service activities
• Design user requirement for system enhencement

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, credit risk, or consumer lending
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication andstakeholder management skills; cross-cultural cooperation experience is preferred
• Proficient in using data analysis tools and financial modeling
• Thorough understanding of loan regulations, policies, and best practices
