Working closely with cross-functional departments such as Production, Planning, IE, OI, EE, PE, and ATE, you will ensure alignment and continuous improvement of production processes. Work closely with Manufacturing Engineers (ME), Equipment Engineers (EE), and Process Owners (PO) to resolve process constraints. Provide methods for optimizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Process Development and Optimization: Develop and optimize processes to improve product quality, reliability, and yield. Implement cost reduction strategies and efficiency optimizations. Manage risk and resolve manufacturing line problems. Work 12-hour shifts during the day Monitor production line status (tools, WIP, etc.) to ensure efficient output and cycle time Analyze production data and dynamically adjust strategies to meet critical metrics Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., workload reduction, lost time, RPT, OI scheduling, Q-time control) Lead operators in real-time production monitoring and capacity issue reporting Manage multiple tasks and set clear priorities within deadlines Strong analytical and data interpretation skills Demonstrated leadership in team building, mentoring, and coaching Able to work under pressure with strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote) Experience with Tableau and SQL preferred Willing to work in rotating Day shifts (only working in Day shift) Capable of delivering presentations and communicating in English Digitally savvy and sensitive to numerical data Must have personal transportation due to frequent overtime Resilient and passionate about work Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field Proven experience in a manufacturing or engineering role Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
