1.Pre-payroll administration tasks - collecting timesheets, overtime/leave calculation, collecting and creating supporting documents, data entry to HCM, managing insurance
registration/termination, and creating cost sharing sheets.
2.Monthly applications via SAP - managing insurance premiums, pensions, withholding tax, and welfare fees and other fees.
3.Local training administration.
4.Health examinations program.
5.EAP program management.
6.Other tasks assigned by manager
