2. 業務輔導: 對通路業務員的輔銷能力，各項專案的運作及推動, 商品行銷話術演練。
3. 行政協助: 協助銷售人員處理新契約照會, 保全事務, 保險各項規範說明及宣導 。
4. 具備正向積極的工作態度，經營保經代通路產出業績的能力。
5.保持同業及市場訊息敏感度, 以即時因應各種市場變化需求條件：1.商科相關學系大學畢業或以上學歷
2.相關保經代二年以上經驗
3.主講大型教育訓練經驗
4.主動,積極,應變能力強,擅長溝通協調,業務推展能力及抗壓力強
