- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, or project management.
- Experience in project management.
- Experience in identifying problems and developing strategies.
- Ability to communicate in English and Chinese fluently, to support the Greater China and Korea stakeholders.
- Experience in working with digital ads with the knowledge of Google’s business.
- Experience in working with datasets and dashboards (e.g., Google Sheets, SQL database queries/analysis).
- Ability to take initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management, relationship development and collaboration skills.
- Drive cross-functional projects as a contributor from manager, and identify and develop strategies for problems (e.g., business growth/service models, product strategy)
- Influence across teams to align resources and direction, develop relationships with executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate across Google with Asia-Pacific (APAC) and global Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to implement global/regional best practices in Greater China and Korea.
- Solve problems with multiple solutions, identify potential roadblocks and remove them.
- Own a business area and serve as a subject matter expert.
