  • Handling of urgent material requests from worldwide customers in a rolling 24/7 shift system with the right customer focus, while meeting all milestones related to communication and execution
  • Monitoring of worldwide shipments
  • Constructive and reliable communication with worldwide stakeholders from all departments within ASML
  • Organizing shift schedules for team members
  • Train and coach and develop team member for driving continuous improvement including process, soft/ hard skill, R&R and team structure
  • Prioritize the GOC activities based on their impact on department goals and overall strategy
EducationRelevant Master degree preferred (e.g. Science, Engineering Sciences, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering & Management Science, or Business Administration)Experience
  • Knowledge of business complexity, supply chain and/or relevant industry
  • Above 3 years of relevant experience in an multinational company, semiconductor industry is preferred
  • 5 years of people management experience
  • A tactical thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical thinking and ability to organize and prioritize workload
  • Proactively identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement in systems and processes and coming up with a plan for how they can be improved
