• Facilitate capital asset purchasing process
• Maintain inventory records on systems
• Perform capital asset transactions
• Capital asset utilization tracking
• Assist in asset reuse/donation/trade-in process
• Facilitate asset retirement/scrapping process
• Conduct capital asset inventory cycle count
• Verify inventory data correction
• Update process SOP whenever needed
• Maintain indicator report
• Provide ad-hoc support assigned by team lead or sponsor

• With 2~3 year inventory management or shipment experience preferred
• Self-motivated and flexible to switch function with short notice
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent English abilities (including writing and speaking)
• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks, setting priorities and working under aggressive timelines
