- Lead a team in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans encompassing marketing calendars, advertisements, social media management, branding strategies, and participation in trade shows.
- Develop and manage the execution of the annual marketing Profit and Loss (P&L) and Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budget, ensuring efficient implementation of planned activities.
- Supervise the Marcom/Marketing Team, while also collaborating with external marketing consultants and vendors.
- Take charge of internal and external company communications, nurturing positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Overseeing overseas exhibitions and providing relevant POSM/EDM and event support.
- Design and deliver training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of the marketing team.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in cosmetic packaging products, technologies, consumer behavior, and industry developments, and disseminate relevant insights within the organization.
- Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in Marcom/marketing, branding, product marketing, or related fields.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in B2C/B2B marketing.
- Industry experience in retail, cosmetics, or luxury sectors is essential.
- Overseas experience in regions such as the USA, Europe, or Asia is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in English, particularly in verbal communication is required.
