About Our ClientOur client is a leading global e-commerce platform with a strong commitment to innovation, speed, and listed on the NYSE and widely known for its relentless focus on customer experience. As part of their continued investment in Taiwan, they are looking for a commercially driven and brand-savvy leader to take charge of the Consumer Electronics (3C) category, covering mobile devices, home appliances, accessories, and smart technology.Job Description
  • Lead and own the overall brand and business strategy for the Consumer Electronics (3C) category in Taiwan.
  • Build strong partnerships with global and regional brands (e.g. but not limited to Apple, Xiaomi, Samsung, Oppo, etc.) to drive brand equity, sales growth, and campaign execution.
  • Manage full P&L and category KPIs, including GMV, margin, and inventory efficiency.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, pricing, operations, and logistics to deliver end-to-end customer experience and category performance.
  • Leverage market trends, competitor insights, and data analytics to refine product assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies.
  • Mentor and lead a team to drive best-in-class execution across brand campaigns, supplier onboarding, and e-commerce operations.
The Successful ApplicantA successful candidate should have:
  • 8-12 years of experience in consumer electronics (3C), with strong expertise in brand management or category operations.
  • Background from either e-commerce platform (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, Tmall, JD.com, Alibaba) or retail/brand side (e.g. Apple, Xiaomi, Samsung, Oppo, etc.).
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of brand P&L management, negotiations, and GTM execution.
  • Data-driven, analytical, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
  • Must be based in Taiwan (open to brand expert from anywhere).
