- Manage multi-asset fund of funds investment mandates for local insurance companies.
- Collaborate with investment advisors to deliver performance excellence while ensuring compliance with regulatory rules and client guidelines.
- Work regularly with investment advisors, compliance, legal, product, and regional teams to clearly define and accurately implement investment guidelines and restrictions, ensuring effective risk monitoring and management to prevent investment breaches.
- Resolve investment-related issues arising from pre-trade and post-trade compliance checks.
- Conduct research and prepare detailed reports to fulfill local regulatory investment management requirements.
- Coordinate with fund accounting and dealing teams for effective cash management.
- Handle routine internal audits and regulatory inquiries and recommend improvements to internal controls as needed.
- Contribute to RFP submissions and client presentations, as well as product development initiatives.
- Partner with Sales team in key client meetings to drive business growth and engage in Marketing team activities, such as seminars and fund IPO launches
- Prepare routine and ad hoc fund performance review materials for clients’ consumption and documentation.
- Lead fund review, investment strategy/view, and market outlook discussions in internal and external presentations, meetings, and/or calls.
- Deliver outstanding client service through continuous enhancement of investment processes, solutions, and problem resolution.
- Over three years of experience in managing fund of funds and/or multi-asset strategies.
- Skilled in macro and microeconomic research.
- Able to think logically, critically, and quickly.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills in both Chinese and English.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and foster a collaborative environment.
- Exceptional attention to details.
- Experienced in engaging with institutional clients, showcasing a client-centric mindset.
- Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Bloomberg, LIPPER, and Morningstar.
- Graduate or postgraduate degree.
