• Proven IC design experience, focusing on Verilog RTL coding and digital design.
• Strong understanding of FPGA and ASIC design principles.
• Experience managing a team of IC designers, demonstrating leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools for IC design and Design Verification.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with industry standards and protocols related to IC design.
