- The engineer service will support the daily operation and maintenance of equipment in the fab, ensuring smooth production and quality control.
- This role requires hands-on experience with various Thin Film-related tools and inspection processes.此職位將負責無塵室（fab）內設備的日常操作與維護，確保生產流程順暢並維持品質穩定。需具備薄膜製程相關設備與檢測經驗，協助現場問題排解與流程優化。Job Description:
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment, including PVD, CVD, ELA, ALD and metrology tools.
- Manage lot dispatching and ensure smooth equipment running w/o miss operation.
- Conduct Machine Quality Control (MQC), including particle and thickness monitoring.
- Perform In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), covering glass inspection/thickness monitoring.
- Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot and optimize SOP.執行薄膜設備日常巡檢與保養（如 PVD、CVD、ELA、ALD 與檢測設備）

- Minimum 2 years of fab operation or equipment troubleshooting experience.
