- You will be the key man of the company's Optical Metrology business.
- Spearheading the expansion of business operations in Taiwan, identifying strategic opportunities for growth and market penetration.
- Developing and executing comprehensive business plans tailored to the Taiwanese market, in alignment with company objectives and industry trends.
- Cultivating and nurturing key partnerships and relationships with stakeholders, clients, and local authorities to enhance the company's presence and market share in Taiwan.
- Analyzing market dynamics, competition, and consumer behavior to identify emerging trends and capitalize on untapped opportunities for business development.
- Overseeing the reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes to maintain financial transparency and compliance with group policies and regulations.
- Implementing robust financial controls and risk management practices to safeguard the company's assets and optimize financial performance.
- Collaborating with finance and accounting teams to analyze financial data and metrics, providing insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
- Strategically recruiting, leading, and developing a high-performing team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
- Providing ongoing coaching, training, and support to team members to enhance their skills, capabilities, and job satisfaction.
- Setting clear goals and performance expectations, motivating individuals to achieve targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
- Implementing and enforcing operational processes, procedures, and standards to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitoring and evaluating operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Remaining flexible and responsive to evolving business needs, undertaking additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by senior management.
- Demonstrating versatility and agility in managing diverse projects and initiatives, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company in Taiwan.
- 15 years + experience in Optical Metrology sector.
- Strong leadership skills, 8 to 10 years of professional and management experiences(hands-on leadership) , preferably enough manager's experiences in an international company.
- Good strategic thinking and strategic sales driving experiences.
- Willing and capable to lead a diversified team to make the changes and drive the growth.
- A strong team leader with good people communication and management skills.
- Working experiences with English and German companies is a plus.
- Fluent in English, spoken and written.
- Strong confidence as well as high motivation to work interdisciplinary and within a team.
