• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships and expand supplied product range.
• Manage and track open orders of key accounts with admin team in order to fulfill it and update to customer regularly.
• Support the sales representatives in the region in technical and commercial aspects.
• Manage day-to-day sales, technical questions and non-conformity claims.
• Develop new customers and applications in assigned territories.
• Provide technical knowledge training to customers.
• Identify opportunities and threats in the market, feedback to product management team.
• Coordinate in between customers, admin team and factories to ensure customers' satisfaction in product quality, on time delivery and after sales service.

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative for 3-5 years.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering and business is plus, others are also welcome.
• Experience in gas industry or Semiconductor industry is an asset, as well as understanding of a manufacturing company.
• Have proven sales experience and know-how in industrial sales.
• Have a basic concept of simple mechanism design and section diagram, be able to quickly understand and explain to customers.
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, other languages are assets.
• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment and openness to feedback.
• Connection to semiconductor customers is assets.
