Join us and our 18.000 colleagues now and together we will make the world a brighter place.What We OfferMajor tasks:Develop and implement the engineering strategy, provide Process Technology, Engineering expertise of unit operations in assigned area.Lead the continuous development of the process technology and the optimization of the unit operations. Responsible for all process improvement efforts and costs savings (yield/quality improvements, waste reduction, energy savings, defect elimination and other related activities.)Self-motivated to propose to improvement ideas and take/participate the initiative activities in various role (team leader, team member, mentor...) with broad engineering expertise.Execute feasibility studies of plant opportunities, process developments, new product transfer, technological innovations, code&standard comparison etc.Develop investment deliverable and technical specifications/design drawings.Provide technical expertise for scope definition, Front End Loading study to start-up stages, and accountable for technical acceptance of plant modifications which can include small projects and mid-size/large projects, as appropriate.Monitor daily production schedule and troubleshoot quality and production related issues.Responsible area (Process technology and improvement): Polyester production line, packing area, utility area and raw-materials tank.Value added:Monitor daily operation by proper systems.Assist the execution of improvement project and ensure the plan is on schedule.Assist the production department to improve the production efficiency.What You OfferQualifications:At least bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or related, or having 2 years of engineering experience in a chemical, refinery manufacturing plant.Fresh graduates with bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering related are also welcomed!Knowledge:Broad knowledge of rotating and static equipment, industry instrumentation&control philosophy through experience, expert training, and self-study.Knowledge in LSS and continue improvement process preferred.Knowledge in Engineering code, standard and regulation.Knowledge in Process Safety Management system within international regulation and local OSHA's regulation preferred.Skills:Excellent verbal and written skills in order to communicate with and obtain cooperation from team members involved with engineering, design, check out, commissioning and start-up.Excellent troubleshooting and analytical and problem-solving skills, able to apply rigorous logic. Able to manage multiple projects and priorities.Project management skills.Fluent in English (intermediate).As a team player to work with people with difference cultural backgrounds.Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact across all levels of the organization.YOUR APPLICATION
