In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.Job Description:Credit/Debit card Dispute & chargeback processing :1. Handling and communication with Chiness-speaking of disputed credit card customer accounts.
2. Correspondence and communication with international card-issuing organizations
3. Data review, filing, document charging, and cross-department communication.
4. Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
