AI Server Company - Sourcing Manager/ Specialist

• Lead sourcing for AI infrastructure across APAC.
• Own strategy & high-stakes vendor negotiations.

• Define and execute sourcing strategies for GPUs, servers, networking equipment, and cloud hardware.
• Own commercial negotiations and vendor relationship management to secure optimal pricing, terms, and performance.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to support the launch and expansion of data center clusters across regions.
• Analyze market trends, assess supplier risks, and develop contingency plans for critical infrastructure sourcing.
• Drive automation and standardization in the sourcing process to support rapid business scaling.
• Engage with global vendors, conduct supplier performance reviews, and optimize total cost of ownership.

• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement in cloud infrastructure, server hardware, or high-tech sectors.
• Proven track record negotiating with top-tier global suppliers (especially GPU vendors, OEMs, or data center providers).
• Strong understanding of data center hardware components (e.g., compute, network, power, cooling).
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and execution capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments with minimal structure.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Mandarin proficiency preferred.
