  • Develop and execute product strategies for nutrition industry, including market research, positioning, pricing, and promotion.
  • Lead and manage a team, setting performance expectations and fostering a collaborative team culture.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive product development, launch new products, and manage product life cycles in the nutrition industry.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Assist in the development of product strategies, including new product launches, product positioning, and pricing strategies
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, and sales to ensure successful product development, launch, and execution
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and in-store promotions
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to the Product Manager on performance and areas of opportunity
  • Monitor inventory levels and work with supply chain to ensure optimal product availability
  • Collaborate with external partners, such as vendors and agencies, to execute marketing initiatives
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management on product performance and marketing initiatives

ExperienceRequirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
  • 10 years of experience in marketing or product management, preferably in the OTC/FMCG industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
