Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri)Environmental Conditions OfficeJob DescriptionThe role of Accountant involves managing financial operations, payables, local filing, and month-end closing processes.Key ResponsibilitiesPayablesProcess invoices and credit notes per PPD policies, weekly payment etc.Local Regulation FilingPrepare Bi-Monthly VAT filings and supporting documents and ad hoc WHT filing and paymentsManage Foreign Exchange Import and Export DeclarationsMonth/Year End ClosingPrepare and input journals and month-end reports.Coordinate annual audits and tax filingsReconcile annual WHT with General LedgerAdminMonitor unprecedented cheque status and manage deposits, Receipts and Tax Invoice collection, Monitor bank transactions and maintain unpaid Tax Invoice List etc.Other Roles:Manage vendor and employee queries, provide technical accounting advice and communication with employees of internal departments and Inter-companiesQualificationsEducation and Experience:Bachelor's Degree in accountancy or equivalentMinimum 5 years of proven experienceKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeGood communication skills in Chinese and basic EnglishStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to handle sensitive information effectivelyAbility to coordinate multiple tasks with high-quality resultsSolid understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations (VAT, Withholding Tax)Experience with international companies and Oracle is an advantageOur Mission is to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.
