- Own the Design of Core Power ICs
- Design analog/mixed-signal circuits from transistor level to system-level simulation, including DC/DC, Charge-Pump, LDO, Bandgap, and Amplifiers.
- Collaborate with product definers and business managers to assess feasibility and define product specifications.
- Supervise layout to ensure design integrity and functionality.
- Perform mixed-signal design verification and implement DFT methodologies.
- Characterize and evaluate ICs, and support test engineering for production release.
- Ensure robust design for manufacturability and yield optimization.
- MSEE or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field, with 7+ years of industry experience in analog IC design.
- Hands-on experience with BiCMOS/CMOS technologies and power circuit blocks such as DC/DC, LDO, Charge-Pump, Bandgap, and AMP.
- Strong understanding of device physics and fabrication processes.
- Proficient in transistor-level design, simulation, and analysis.
- Familiarity with mixed-signal verification and DFT design methodologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience collaborating across global teams.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
