The SI team focuses on innovative solutions around portfolio-wide transmission line in the design and support of enterprise server platform development.Join us a Signal Integrity Engineer Summer Intern on our Electrical Engineering Development team in Taipei to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.What you’ll achieveAs a Signal Integrity Engineer Summer Intern, you will design, modify and evaluate high speed signal integrity to build hardware systems for server platforms.You will:

Research and model power distribution network of high-speed servers
Analyze current return path and signal to noise coupling for single-ended and differential traces
Model and measure PCB transmission lines, vias, connectors, cables, and flex cables
Assist in the design review of server platform board designs

Hold active student identity and can fully attend the internship between 2024/6/25 to 2024/8/16
Enrolled in Master’s program in Electrical Engineering and will graduate in 2024/2025
Knowledge of Signal Integrity theory and Electromagnetic theory
Skill and experience of MATLAB/ HSPICE/ HFSS/ ADS/ Scope/ VNA/ TDR
Good communication and presentation skill

Comfortable with communicating with English
