- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to support the Consumer Banking division's operational and strategic objectives
- Provide data-driven recommendations and insights to optimize business processes and enhance customer experience
- Participate in the design and implementation of data-related projects, ensuring data integrity and security
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a data analysis or business analyst role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Proficient in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and experience in cross-functional collaboration
