- Maintains an appropriate number of leads for qualification as prospects. Persistently maintains supply of leads and connects targeting characteristics to prospects.
- Perceives the opportunity within an organization and accurately selects the targeted individuals along with the appropriate investment of our resources in the pursuit of the business.
- Drives sales strategies with effectively communicating products and clearly presenting our product value in meeting the prospect’s business needs. Maintains an emphasis on profit while making the sale.
- Closing the Sale: Paces the presentation, deals with objections/stalls, and moves to the close in a timely manner. Closes the sale with good closing ratio while maintaining appropriate profit margins.
- Smoothly coordinates the relationship between the customer and our product division team to ensure a good beginning. Active in the resolution of any difficulties.
- Ongoing Support: Appropriately participates in delivering good and quality service. Committed to provide top-notch services.
- Account Management: Maintains the Relationship. Actively observe customer’s perception and accelerate satisfactory relationship with the customer.
- Strategy & leadership: Capable to generate business strategy at minimum required resource and lead the team to perform the result.
- Lead sales team to increase KLA booking and market share in foundry/Memory and captive / commercial mask shop business.
- Capable to identify customer technical needs, offer product solution to win business and close customer needs.
- Lead and improve account finance investments such as eval/loaner and tool final payment
- Drive business development, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle.
- Understand customer’s technology footprint, strategic growth plans and business drivers, technology strategy, and competitive landscape.
- Generating and developing business growth opportunities, working collaboratively in the matrix environment in order to optimize business results and open up opportunities with key customers.
- Build and deepen customer coach relationships with, and bring to internal high level management team to help us grow new business opportunity. Influence long-term strategic direction, and serve as a business partner.
- Able to handle challenges/hurdles at coverage account.
- Well-understand product knowledge & sales process (Value/people) to bridge customer and internal teams.
- Strong sales and leadership experiences in semi-industry
- Experiences in matrix organization to achieve business results
- Demonstrated well-established accomplishment in exceeding sales goals.
- Effectively to work with partners in complex implementation projects, including product division and customers.
- Energetic and goal-oriented to overcome dilemmas and challenges
- Mobility for local travel (Taiwan)
