- Master's or Post Graduate Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent • Strong general management and operational experience with a proven commercial P&L management minimally • 5 years management experience in a global corporation, preferably in automotive, consumer goods, FMCG industry • Strategic driven, possess critical thinking with strong commercial orientation in B2B, B2C or B2B2C • An individual who possesses a combination of strategic vision and strong operational excellence & bottom-line capabilities • Extensive sales experience and market dynamics • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and digital marketing trend is a plus • Experience in matrix-based structure, collaborative organization setting and managing through cross functional teams • Strong leadership abilities to direct and manage teams, including the ability to identify talent, build teams, mentor and develop team members. • Proven track record of managing cross-functional business relationships across all stakeholders • Possess strong communications, interpersonal, and motivational skills along with excellent business skills, financial acumen and executive presence • A collaborative team player with all cross functional teams and external stakeholders, and have ability to inspire others • Proven track record of success in driving change, achieving targets • Strategic, good executive presence and tactical • Demonstrate ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously is required • Demonstrate ability to understand the broader business perspectives and analyze complex issues and design appropriate solutions • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and process great cultural sensitives with the ability to influence key stakeholders • High level of integrity, respect for others, persistence, and passion for success • Language proficiency: English and Mandarin are mandatory (other language(s) are added advantage)【Global/ Region/ Local Initiatives】 1.Participate in Region Sales & Marketing conferences, and special projects, where required 2.Liaise, coordinate and collaborate with other market based group entities where applicable
