Job SummaryThe job incumbent is responsible to set strategic direction of Marketing for Consumer Tire, preparing our organization for breakthrough growth. This role must understand the business strategy and apply strategy to identify and pursue potential targets in the market. The job incumbent will play a vital and strategic role in owning the full cycle of marketing, including brand marketing, product planning, sales planning & operations, product lunch planning and technical service. This also includes timely establishment and review of a robust and efficient business structure in replacement (REP) channels, and develop new business models of Consumer segments through competitive Products, Services and Solutions.Responsibilities※Brand Marketing 1.Brand Strategy & Market Intelligence: Develop and align strategic plans based on market insights and intelligence. 2.Communications & Campaigns: Create and execute impactful campaigns, ensuring effectiveness and ROI. 3.Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing initiatives, optimizing performance and measuring ROI. 4.Channel Marketing: Develop and implement strategies to maximize channel effectiveness and reach.※Product Planning 1.Stage Gate/NPI Process: Oversee the stage gate process for new product introduction, ensuring timely and efficient launches. 2.Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development initiatives. 3.Product Portfolio & Lifecycle Management: Manage product portfolio and lifecycle to maximize profitability and relevance. 4.Pricing Management: Develop pricing strategies aligned with market dynamics and product positioning.※Product Launch Planning 1.Strategic Portfolio: Define strategic product portfolio to meet market demands and business objectives. 2.New Product Introduction & Product Roadmap: Plan and execute successful launches of new products, creating comprehensive roadmaps. 3.Business Case Evaluation: Assess market potential and financial viability of new products through thorough business case evaluations. 4.Sourcing Optimization: Optimize sourcing strategies to enhance product quality and cost-efficiency. 5.SKU Complexity Management: Manage SKU complexity to streamline operations and enhance customer experience. 6.Process Management: Implement efficient processes to ensure seamless product launches and ongoing management.※New Business Model Development 1.Solution Business Development: Identify and develop new business models and solutions to drive revenue growth. 2.Digital Transformation: Lead digital transformation initiatives to adapt to changing market landscapes and consumer behaviors. ※People Development 1. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.【Global/ Region/ Local Initiatives】 1.Participate in Region Sales & Marketing conferences, and special projects, where required 2.Liaise, coordinate and collaborate with other market based group entities where applicableRequirements
  • Master's or Post Graduate Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent • Strong general management and operational experience with a proven commercial P&L management minimally • 5 years management experience in a global corporation, preferably in automotive, consumer goods, FMCG industry • Strategic driven, possess critical thinking with strong commercial orientation in B2B, B2C or B2B2C • An individual who possesses a combination of strategic vision and strong operational excellence & bottom-line capabilities • Extensive sales experience and market dynamics • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and digital marketing trend is a plus • Experience in matrix-based structure, collaborative organization setting and managing through cross functional teams • Strong leadership abilities to direct and manage teams, including the ability to identify talent, build teams, mentor and develop team members. • Proven track record of managing cross-functional business relationships across all stakeholders • Possess strong communications, interpersonal, and motivational skills along with excellent business skills, financial acumen and executive presence • A collaborative team player with all cross functional teams and external stakeholders, and have ability to inspire others • Proven track record of success in driving change, achieving targets • Strategic, good executive presence and tactical • Demonstrate ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously is required • Demonstrate ability to understand the broader business perspectives and analyze complex issues and design appropriate solutions • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and process great cultural sensitives with the ability to influence key stakeholders • High level of integrity, respect for others, persistence, and passion for success • Language proficiency: English and Mandarin are mandatory (other language(s) are added advantage)【Global/ Region/ Local Initiatives】 1.Participate in Region Sales & Marketing conferences, and special projects, where required 2.Liaise, coordinate and collaborate with other market based group entities where applicable
