- Have previously worked in Customer Service, especially After Sales 售後服務, in a professional capacity (1-2 years); experience in the medical/dental industry is a plus!
- Be a natural-born-communicator and genuinely enjoy interacting with people on a daily basis, convincing them of Zenyum's innovative approach
- Be able to work with systems and software such as CRMs, NPS, Google Suites, or Office products
- Work with our clinical partners to address their concerns with the after sales process
- Plan, execute, and organize tasks effectively
- Have attention to detail and processes
- Fluency in written and spoken Chinese, and English (professional capacity)
