- Inspire and lead a high-performing team through clear communication, structured development plans, and a culture of accountability. Promote cross-functional collaboration to improve operational efficiency and talent growth.
- Build strategic relationships with key healthcare professionals and influencers. Develop account plans that support clinical practice and patient outcomes, while cultivating long-term brand advocacy and trust.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- English Proficiency is a must.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing, with a focus on specialty or rare diseases preferred.
- Proven success in roles such as Senior Product Manager and Sales Manager, including experience in product launches.
- Experience in regional or global roles is a plus.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a proactive mindset.
