  • Drive the strategic direction of the Specialty Care portfolio, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. Lead cross-functional planning, resource allocation, and market readiness for both in-line brands and new product launches.
  • Set and deliver ambitious sales targets while optimizing territory coverage and promotional effectiveness. Analyze market dynamics and competitive trends to formulate strategies that enhance market share and brand differentiation.
  • Inspire and lead a high-performing team through clear communication, structured development plans, and a culture of accountability. Promote cross-functional collaboration to improve operational efficiency and talent growth.
  • Build strategic relationships with key healthcare professionals and influencers. Develop account plans that support clinical practice and patient outcomes, while cultivating long-term brand advocacy and trust.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • English Proficiency is a must.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing, with a focus on specialty or rare diseases preferred.
  • Proven success in roles such as Senior Product Manager and Sales Manager, including experience in product launches.
  • Experience in regional or global roles is a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a proactive mindset.
  • Effective communicator capable of inspiring teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Skilled in developing and executing long-term strategic plans.
  • Strong leadership and coaching capabilities to drive team performance.
  • Ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with external stakeholders.
