Responsible for developing innovative and strategic solutions to enhance frontend manufacturing processes, improve product yield and quality. Leverage transformative technologies including but not limited to advanced modeling, process simulation/emulation, advanced data analytics, smart manufacturing and AI techniques, to identify area of improvement and prescribe solutions with model-based problem solving process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Integration, Yield Enhancement, Metrology, Process Equipment and Smart Manufacturing teams, to design and implement solutions aimed at optimizing yield and reducing defect. You are expected to grow expertise in frontend process technologies, as well as strong focus on research and development to stay ahead of industry trends and drive continuous improvement in yield and quality. Master/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial & System Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Engineering, Applied Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Operation Research, or other relevant engineering/science fields More than 5 years working experience in semiconductor industry Knowledge in semiconductor design, frontend processes and integration Proficiency in design of experiments, advanced data analytics and visualization Experience in 3D process simulation or emulation software Hands-on skill on scientific programming languages e.g. Python, MATLAB, R is bonus Excellent oral and written communication skills Able to work independently or with a cross functional team Good organization skills. Ability to plan and prioritize Self-motivation and strong willingness for continuous improvement Flexibility to travel to sites to support solution deployment
