1. Data Analysis and Reporting - Provide sales daily / weekly / monthly reports and analysis as needed in areas such as sales achievement, customer profitability, product category.
2. Contract Management - Serve as a content expert and overall track and trace to adhere to existing Contract policies and Global Commercial Standards. More, monitor contract progress and result.
3. Sales support - multi-tasks on overall sales admin and business operation
a. Effective coordination and communication with APAC/global and local stakeholders for the rollout and managing of company-wide projects.
b. Trade promotion or sales competition result tracking and follow up.
c. Collaborate with other departments for process improvement or as necessary.
4. Owner of company CRM software -saleforce.com management to support dash-board reports and drive sales force effectiveness
a. Ensure SFDC database is regularly updated to reflect ERP database
b. Support sales team in customer targeting, and Sales Managers in reviewing activity KPIs to improve efficiency and effectiveness
c. Other sales force effectiveness tasks, such as territory adjustment and sales training organizing.
5. Pricing Management - support sales operation managers in the controlling, consolidation, analysis, tracking, reporting of product promotion or price revision to meet company policies.需求條件 / Key Requirements
