Defines key sales targets and establishes appropriate metrics and measurement tools to monitor the performance.
Anticipates and identifies the shortfalls in performance and takes appropriate remedial actions, proactively.
Identifies and evaluates new opportunities with existing and potential customers, determines plans for implementation, and allocates required resources.
Work with cutting-edge technology and top experts to engineer solutions that shape the future.

What it takes to Run what runs the worldBachelor Degree or above, major electrical or mechanical engineering background is a plusMinimum of 10 years of experience with at least 2 years in leadership positions.Automation or electrical sales experience in industries is a plus. * A mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive continuous improvementWhy ABB?A global market leader redefining industries through technology and expertise.
