An urgent and exciting opportunity for a luxury property opening October 2019.


To be fully responsible for the Sales and Marketing, Public Relations and Revenue Management for the entire hotel group (Rooms and F&B), based in Taiwan, ensuring appropriate media coverage and achievement of financial budgets. A high level of attention to detail for the quality and planning and acquiring business in advance, so as to ensure exceptional guest experiences driven by knowledge of the market and those that shape it. To lead and train a multi cultural team, by showing inspirational leadership and creating self motivation.



· To oversee and verify the hotel's annual sales and marketing plan

· To see that the company's hotels implement the hotel's sales and marketing plan and execute the sales programs and activities within it

· To apply modern sales techniques in all sales and marketing activities

· To identify and maintain constant communications with the corporate key accounts

· To create lucrative sales targets and networks business relations to corporate clientele

· To determine appropriate sales strategies in all market segments towards maximizing the hotels revenues

· To identify sources of group business to the hotel and establish solicitation programs to maximize sales

· To participates in sales calls with members of the Hotels Sales and Marketing team to acquire new business and/or close on business

· To achieve personal sales goals and be responsible for a representative selection of key accounts

· To plan, establish goals for and administer outbound sales programs to deliver qualified leads to other company Hotels

· To travel as necessary to off-site events and locations and establish travel schedules and monitor travel expenses to optimize sales productivity

· To participate in key industry sales events which bring regional, national and local exposure

· To develop active communications and close rapport with local bureaus and associations and other sources of sales information and support

· To develop constantly new strategies in order to constantly achieve higher market share

· To ensures proper and timely submission of recurrent statistical, financial and ad-hoc reports

· To participate in Business Review meetings


· To develop marketing initiatives, promotions, packages and ad campaigns to ensure successful customer response and positively impact market yield

· To be fully responsible for the company's direct mailing list and ensure constant up-dating thereof

· To identify public relations opportunities and coordinate activities to augment the overall marketing communication strategy

· To develop strong partnerships with regional organizations to further increase brand/product awareness

· To develop strong community and public relations by maintaining hotels participation in local, regional and national tradeshows and client events

· To take leadership roles in the local and national communities to ensure visibility of branding efforts


· Eligible applicants must have either 3 years' experience in Sales and Marketing in a 5 star hotel and meet at least one of the following prerequisites:
